Order Processing Time:

All Australian orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Domestic Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.95 or free shipping on orders over $100. 

Estimated Delivery: Domestic orders usually arrive within 7 business days, no more than 14 days. 

International Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update. 

Returns and Damages:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.
